Saving water

This is one of the easiest ways to save water, a dual-flushing toilet! The full circle button is for a bigger flush, when you, ummm, neeed a bigger flush, and the half circle button is for a smaller flush, when you need a smaller flush. :) The water doesn't go in a opposite direction, it doesn't go around in a circle at all, it just goes down. That isn't a very good description, but I've never thought about how to describe the toilet flushing before.
